This compliment is for Tebogo Matlala who went the extra mile to make sure that my query got resolved and that an outcome was reached which pleased me as a Multichoice client.
During the last couple of weeks I've dealt with a number of Multichoice agents and Tebogo was the only one who actually made me feel valued as a client. Other agents would just try to close the query so that they can get it off their list but Tebogo kept the query open and kept understanding when I was still unhappy until he could finally execute on his original idea of setting up a conference call between the relevant parties.
It only took this one person's actions to turn my perception and attitude towards Multichoice from negative to slightly positive.
