I took out a new contract on 1 July this year. On the same day I paid R695 for July's subs. Nevertheless I was double debited at end of July. After many correspondence attempts via fax and email, giving proof of my eft payment, I still haven't been refunded my money. In sept I even went to their offices in umhlanga and gave them proof of payment which the supervisor said she would forward to the admin dept. To date 3 Nov, I still haven't received my refund and cannot speak to anyone in authority to resolve this problem. This company doesn't care about is customers only bout making more and more money out of its viewers.
