PAYMENT MADE BUT TOP TV DEACTIVATED

I forgot to pay my top tv in december 2012, i only discovered this when my top tv was disconnected on the 7th jan 2013. I then made a payment of R290 on the 20th jan 2013. I immediately emailed top tv with proof. A lady called me from top tv to confirm payment and activated top tv, she then tells me i must pay R150 before the 01 feb 2013 or else my top tv will be deactivated. i wanted to know why and according to her top tv gave me extra 7 days in jan which will be deducted from my r290 that means im short r150. hopefully calls are recorded so it can be replayed. to my dismay i discovered my top tv was deactivated again on the 28th jan 2012. i phoned top tv from my cell which is a cost factor to me to ask what is going on. i spoke to portia who said it is a mistake they didnt update my account. what service is this... firstly we oaying a fee for channels only to discover channels have been removed and not replaced, so what r we paying for. then i pay my account only to be told i didnt and they diconnect plus i had to pay r150 which i did today i paid r160. can someone who knows what is happening call me as i feel this is disgusting service
