Good Day

I have a problem with multichoice I phoned last week 24/10/2013 @13h00 aregarding my payment that I receive on my dish they told me I must send an Email to payments@multichoice to state my query which I did they replied to me with a case Nr:420478 which states they will assits me in 24h00 on Friday they send me another case Nr:4205238 I phoned this morning I spoke to Sihle 29/10/2013 he said he cant help me so I ask to speak to his Supervisior he told me his not available right now, but he`ll ask him to give me a call which he did, but still I was not satisfied by what he was telling me. I told him they disconnect my dish whereby I ask last week what is the amount that I must pay, and his sales guys couldn't assit me, now he tells me I must pay reconnection fee, which I refuse. Please Assit me.
