In September I upgraded to the premium packed for the remainder of the month. I asked the It only by turned on until the end of the September, and then down grade to the easy view packaged. Come 1 October I check on my side and all look right back to easy view. When I phoned in the middle of October I was informed that I am still being charge for the premier packed although I did not have access to it.
I have since called in twice for someone to resolve the problem and again this morning just after 7 am, This morning someone was to call me back in 10 min.
Will it is 10.26 am, no call yet
Would like to know how the can bill me even if it shows on their side that the service was cancel.
In the mean time they have suspended my service and charged me an extra R50 to reconnect me, after I have asked them the email me the bill.
They can't email me the bill but I do receive promotional email
