Experienced ongoing problems with my PVR which rebooted continually and swopped the machine about 14 days ago. Then encountered problems with downloads of Box Office titles which weren't sent down. Contacted he Call Centre and since then have spoken to numerous people including 2 Supervisors On each occasion went through various checks with these people who then advised that they would call back the following day to check whether the titles were sent down. Promised calls not received. Spoke to the Duty Manager raising my concerns. He passed me on to another Supervisor who again went through all the checks and promised to call me the following day to monitor progress. DM also undertook to call me. Following day no calls received. I called back 2 days later and spoke to DM who insisted he called me back only to later apologise after he admitted hat he had spoken to another client and not me. He again put me though to another of his '"trusted"" supervisors and once again the exact same process was followed. Checks made and promises to call back the following day. Guess what? No call. The service problem is no longer the issue and is of secondary importance. No RESPONSIBILITY!!!
