I am very confused and disheartened by DSTV not to include Mwanzi Magic or Mwanzi wethu on DSTV mobile.
Such a great initiative from Multichoice/Mnet to have a channel dedicated to promoting local talent and content however limited to the living room and not on mobile. In the same breath, we as South Africans are exposed to Africa Magic (Mostly Nigerian production) on DSTV mobile as well as the living room. It is a shame because now, South Africans are watching more of Mzanzi Magic/Wethu more than Mr Ibu's decedents.
No offense to Nigerian Production and talent, but we are better and therefor deserve our own shine and DSTV mobile has a huge potential to promote that not to mentioned DSTV sales etc etc...
I appeal to Multichoice to rethink their programing on DSTV mobile, if we are going to have Africa Magic than surely we can have Mzanzi Magic/Wethu as well, After all, you are promoting South African talent and content, why limit yourself when resource are available to be even BIGGER.
Yes, you have provided the South African public at large an alternative to the Politically driven broadcast cooperation but I see a gap and appeal that you exploit it.
