I am so off with multichoice I paid my acc but an error shows that its not. Watsed R100 of airtime calling them but no1 knws what is wrong 1 tells me to bring decoder for testing 1 says reboot. What F* do they teach their consultants. They r an inbound call centre they can't call me back so what now I sit with no connection. I sent an email got case # 4169728 but no1 has comeback to me. I have tried every channel of communication nothing! Really is that the great service they always talk abt S I'm not the vulgar type but this is how far multichoice has pushed me!
