For lack of a better word the continuous POOR Customer experience we have been enduring over these last few days is pathetic! The continuous phone calls to a CALL CENTRE, where consultants very willingly take you through a process to assist YOU the customer in FIXING a problem you are told on the automated voice recording selections is a "technical one"!! Whalllaaaaaa, the problem is fixed (FOR JUST ON 3 HOURS) and we back to square on, to phone a NON-SHARE CALL number and wait after using the voice prompts and then be transferred to another consultant, that SPECIFICALLY deals with PVR/EXTRA VIEW... Bla bla bla... PATHETIC is all i can say.
