I phoned on behalf of a company with 8 decoders in our accommodation units and was met with a 15 min wait for the normal customer care. Then they told me I must phone the commercial number which they gave. over 40 min later i was still holding on for someone, besides the automated voice, to talk to.
This is absolutely pathetic customer care and if it was up to me I would have cancelled our DSTV subscription
