After numerouis calls and on my acount i do not

Hi my name is anja tolken I been a client with top tv for 2 years no problem now about 2 months ago I had a power lost and my top tv stop working then I phoned the installers to ask to come and have a look after I had them here they said it will cost me R500 so I decided it will be cheaper to by a new decoder and get it installed for free now I phoned top tv and they said to me I must buy the new hd decoder from them @R599 and that inc the installation that have been 3 weeks ago and no installer yet the 2 people numbers top tv gave me said to me they are not doing work for top tv because they don't get paid for work done for top tv I phoned top tv over and over again to ask them when am I having my top tv installed I cant even watch tv any more and the local channels are not working properly in our complex with the commune antenna so my complaint to top tv is to fix my installation witch I been waiting for for 3 weeks
