Bad service

Bad installation, decoder freezes and won't work even on the slightest change of weather. Have had to take the decoder twice to their agent and eventually I have to pay R350 for them to come and check the installation which was done by them. No damage or any kind of interfering with the installation on my capacity except for what they had advised me to do only on the decoder. I strongly believe that I'm responsible for any damages caused by myself in which case I would be prepared to pay. In this case I am not responsible.

Please follow the procedure below to recover picture on those channels:

o Switch decoder off at the main plug
o Unscrew lnb cable/s from the back of the decoder
o remove Smart Card
o switch decoder back on
o back the lnb cable/s
o Wait for decoder to finish scanning then insert the Smart Card.

If the problem you are experiencing persists after having exhausted all the trouble-shooting options, then your decoder and / or your smartcard may be faulty, and will need to be tested at your nearest MultiChoice branch.
