Extra View Not working

I am currently paying for an extra view that i have not used in over two months now. I have called several times and kept on the line for over an hour in several occasions with no success and I have now actually gotten to a stage where i am tired of calling since no one seem to be able to give me answers. I am calling to cancel my extra-view but have not been successful because i am staying for more than 20 minutes with no answer listening to songs and ads which doesn't add any value to me. What does one needs to do to get some assistance and actually get value for money forked out?
