I activated extra view at my house in June of this year. I had been using 1 decoder and bought another 1 brand new for the extra view. Yesterday my secondary decoder stopped scanning and I took it to the shop in Durban cbd where a lady at counter 18 swopped it with a working one. I was very happy with that. now today a certain lady by the name of Sne called me saying I must come back to your offices before 1pm or risk being disconnected?? I asked her why and she said because the decorder is not in my name?? now what is this?? and why did the lady swop it with a working one yesterday? and why is Sne threatening me with disconnection if I dont come today by 1pm? you do realise that I dont spend my day waiting for your call so that I can run to your offices when you call me? please rectify this. and please tell Sne that her attitude stinks!!! how and why did you activate it yesterday if it was in another name?? this is a decoder I had been using for the past 6 months on extra view. my customer number is 68326090.
