I called the customer service number on the 6 of October, I was on hold for more than one hour until my airtime was finished. On the 07, 8 and 9th both numbers were not working 0112892222 and 0839003788. On the 10th I called the 083 number and it went through, I explained that the extra view decoder was not working and the consulted transferred my call. The phone keep on ring until it just hang up. I don't know what to do anymore. I paid the service im getting its not on.
