Tried calling DSTV call centre - tried the number for Pretoria, Johannesburg and Durban. All I got was an engaged signal. The call does not even go to the voice prompts to leave you waiting in a queue. An engaged signal is all you get.
Why DSTV why?
Can someone please answer the phone? I just want my problem resolved. My decoder is not working. It goes to the screen where it says 'HD PVR Loading' and then it freezes. Can someone from DSTV respond to assist? Or are you still engaged?
