My dstv has not been working for the past two days, the worst thing is that the call centre is not available. and no one is taking responsibility. if you are late for payment just one day, your service is discontinued, yet dstv is aware that there is a problem and no one is picking up. i will not be paying the whole amount. i demand that the past two days be deducted from my bill this month. i am so disspointed at dstv. the fact that their call centre is not even available to assist is appauling. my dstv keeps saying loading, loading and nothing comes up, i have switched it off an on and nothing helps.
