We came to watch a movie at your Eastgate branch, it was the late show. We bought our tickets and spent quite a bit on our refreshments. We were then approached by a man who came and told us that we are the only ones in the cinema so he will start the movie immediately for us. I said to him that they haven't finished cleaning, so he walked in and brought the cleaners out. We ended up sitting on popcorn covered seats, sticky floors and surrounded by mess... We didn't get to see any previews, they skipped them completely.. I love seeing what's coming out next. We turned around and saw him standing at the back of the cinema, which made us feel very uneasy. When we left, a group of staff stood standing in a group and just glared at us. We felt that the whole experience was tense and completely not enjoyable. Just because they wanted to leave early. Is it our fault we were the only people? Surely we should have still been treated well? We don't intend to come back again. Very disappointed with the service we received.
