Incorrect contact details & not answering my calls

I have attempted to contact Durban on 031-7102222 and Nelspruit on 013-7527341/7524433. I want to register so that I can control my account etc online because Durban do not answer my call! Have attempted for the past three days from 7am to 22.00 and I am sick and tired of listening to DSTV advertising the same things over and over and this is costing me money!! Because they do not answer my calls I cannot lodge a complaint as to the service level. Shocking shocking service and I just cannot believe it will ever improve but I cannot register online because I still am waiting for my validation!!! All I want to do is to help myself because Multichoice service leaves EVERYTHING to be desired!
