I had the compact package up to end of June and decided to stop DSTV altogether. My Tenant has decided to take the system over and pay on there debit account. They decided on the Family package with Extra-view PVR. This package we have been trying to get since Tuesday and not receiving more than a dozen channels and certainly not the ones all lined up in the Family package. Now to compel the problem we are unable to contact Multichoice on a landline our one been off the last 2 days line fault. With the call centre wait time using a cell phone is out of the question.
Multichoice you wont wait 5 minutes in getting your money but the service in return is shocking
