We have no picture on our screen. It just switched off and now we are left with a Blue screen which says DSTV. We have been calling the call centre and each time I hold for over 10 Minutes and its expensive to hold. What makes it shocking service is that twice I have given the account holders ID number and twice I have been put through to 'extra View Department' whithout even being told why. Both times I have held for extra 5 minutes and then the call gets cut. You charge such high premiums and this is the service we get. ITS SHOCKING!!
