Bad after sales service by installe

We decided to upgrade to a new HD PVR. After spending R 7000 which included cabling we have had 5 visits to sort out the problem from Arial and Satellite Excellence and being told we have to pay for the next call out. Eventually decided to photograph problem when it occurred. On Thursday last week they came out again the 5th time they had been in 4 months. We were told that they had to come back on Monday to replace PVR .Today is Tuesday we have not had the courtesy of a call we wait in anticipation. I have had enough I want them to take the faulty product out replace my old equipment back and refund my money.
