I get no response or help for the complaint logged below:

i have now spoken to numerous people and nobody can help. we are in graaff-reinet, eastern cape. our terrestrial signal is twisted and has been for a few weeks now. multichoice advises me to take my decoder for testing, however the whole town's signal is scrambled, according to our local agent.
the municipality is apparently waiting for some or other piece of equipment from who-knows-who and in the meantime our signal is up to no good.
could you PLEASE help? i am paying my subs but the service does not seem to be coming to me!!!
