I got a night out for 2 for my parents anniversary, the website had a special for R550 with a choice of The Meat Co. or Punchinello's, I clicked on the button and it took me to computicket were I paid. After collecting the tickets I noticed that it said punchinello's, i took no notice of this as the website said you could choice. We called the meat co and booked a romantic table for them. later that night we got a call from my parents saying that you guys would not let them go to meat co. after fighting and explaining to the manager at the customer service that it was a mistake he told me it was fine and would be sorted out, only to find out that my parent had a terrible time cause they had to argue with multiple managers to let them eat at the meat co after we were told it was sorted out. they were so irritated that they did not even stay to gamble they left straight after dinner, the next day we spoke to the manager at customer care and all he would say is sorry there is nothing he can do. i went back to the website and now noticed a new button one for meat co and one for punchinello's, the button for the meat co does not even work (page not found).. shocking service...
