Where is the accountability & correction?

I sincerely enjoy punting but one thing for sure I won't tolerate are the following: (a) Incompetence (b) Atttitude (c) Zero accountability & correction of the aforementioned. When it comes to Prive - dealers should be attentive, experienced & not adopting a "-you" attitude! Further to this, they should be rotated as a laissez faire response comes in wherein they get fat & lazy - it's a human condition which we're all to familiar with in S Africa.

For starters, replace the managers responsible for continuing this selection issue in Prive. Then remove the TV in Prive which has become a distraction for lazy dealers & Supervisors (no serious punter watches TV in a casino). STOP with the consistent post-correction of payouts and "asking" punters to correct payouts because the dealer, Supervisor & Manager messed it up in the first place - it's illegal in light of the Gmabling Act & should be rightfully deducted from both Supervisor & Dealer salary as a REPLACEMENT of incompetent dealers is never enacted in plain sight of managers.

Take some pride in being professional as punters like myself will glady take our money elsewhere!
