I went to Schwarma Co last night and since I am vegetarian, I ordered a halloumi lafa, which I did not finish so I took a take away. Today while having the left overs for lunch I found two pieces of meat. I called the restaurant to let them know and was very surprised by the managers response. He asked if I still had the wrap because he would need to see it. I told him that I had thrown it away and was a hundred percent sure that the pieces I found were meat. He said I should mention it to him the next time I come in and I said I probably would not come back and asked if he was not even going to offer an apology to which he replied 'mistakes do happen.' Terrible customer care.
