In accordance with the advertisement flighted on DSTV, being a DSTV premium subscriber, i sms'd my smartcard number to the number specified in order to book tickets for Saturday, 05 October 2013 as i should be entitled to a discount. I received no return message. I further called the call centre listed on the website, a guy named Brendon, who didn't know much about the discount for DSTV premium subscribers, promised to call me back within 30 minutes in order to let me know how i go about arranging tickets, this didnt happen.
This is poor organisation and i shudder to think what the logistics on the day will be like... there should be thousands of people in attendance. EISH!
