I AM REALLY TICKED OFF WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM TOP TV.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 23.09.2013 FOR THEM TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT TO ACTIVATE MY DECODER. I HAVE CALLED THEM 14 TIMES AND WASTED OVER R300 WORTH OF AIRTIME YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY JOY FROM THEM. THE CALL CENTRE ARE FOR THE BIRDS. MANAGERS ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCATION HAS A MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK AND I AM STILL WAITING. ONE OF THERE CONSULTANTS ACTED LIKE HE COULD NOT HEAR ME WHERE AS I COULD HEAR HIM PERFECTLY AND DROPPED THE CALL BECAUSE IT WAS HOME TIME. ANOTHER DROPPED THE CALL WHILE I WAS WAITING AS SHE PUT ME ON HOLD
I HAVE TOLD ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS THAT I WANT TO BUY THE VOUCHERS, AND SHE HAD ME GO TO PICK N PAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT SELL THE VOUCHERS.
SINCE DAY ONE I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH TOPTV.
I AM DONE!!!
I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO COME AND PICK UP THE DECODER AND REIMBURS ME, NOT JUST FOR THE DECODER BUT ALSO FOR THE MONEY I HAVE SPEND ON AIRTIME TO CALL THEM.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY. I WILL DEFFINATLEY TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
IM SURE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AT DSTV
