This is now annoying and extremely frustrating. For the past 3 months i have tried various attempts to have you cancel my debit order which is being billed to my credit card to no avail. I have received promise after promise regarding this. the most recent was on Monday when i was promised a phone call by the end of the day which still has not happened. I am now officially stating that i do not want you to debit the existing credit card that you are and you should stop immediately and if not it is construed as to debit my account without my permission. Pathetic!!!
