I have made a payment via EFT on the 4 of September, my top tv was disconnected last night, I called the call center 3 times and sent 3 emails they don't get bk. The convince of paying via EFT is of crz no time to go into the bank however they still want me to go in and get proof of payment bank stamp it and send it. I am highly about this service. Top tv doesn't respond nor help in anyway if they cannot trace the payment its not my fault. Post of customer and terrible service.
