My brothers birthday was a complete disaster, this is what is on Manhattans website :
Everyone on your guest list will receive free entry and Jump the Que before 9pm. The party will be pampered and spoilt by our venue host or hostess and will be sure to experience night to remember
I dropped the kids off just after 8:20. There was a huge queue so they went to the front to tell whoever was there that it was his birthday and he had filled out the form on the internet (I had printed out the guest list that I had confirmed with Maxine), they weren't interested, he asked where the VIP queue was and he was told to get to the back of the line (App there was only 1 queue). There they stood until 9:10 and then they were forced to pay entrance as it was now after 9, my brother attempted to argue and told them that he had been there for almost an hour and again brought up the list, they weren't interested and told him there were 17 other birthdays that night. My brother was embarrassed in front of his friends and was far from pampered and spoilt. His 18th was ruined and Manhattans didn't even respond! I am writing this to warn others not to fall for the false advertising!
