I cannot believe that in this day and age, there is still companies that give the kind of service that TopTV does... No wonder your subscriber base doesnt grow...
You should maybe stop concentrating on PORN and start streamlining your accounts department.!!!
I paid my subs on the 26th Aug, and today, you disconnect my service... I give up on TopTV...
To make matters worse, when I had a technical problem with my Decoder, I was told to buy a new one... Guess what, I figured what the problem was!
Start investing in employees who want to work in th customer service environment, because the ones you currently have, are useless!!!
