In may it was me, the call centre, and I explained my frustration and incorrect billing. Retention depart agreed to a 2 month normal contractual bill refund. In July I call back an ask about the credit. "Oops that was our mistake, we will fix it next month". Guess what... Still no refund. Will they ever get it right? I doubt.
