After my complaint about the bathrooms at Ster-Kinekor, I soon received a phone call from the manager who apologized for the dirty bathrooms. When we went there about a month later, the bathrooms were wonderfully clean and the graffiti-written walls had been painted. Thank you for great service and 2 complimentary movie tickets!!
