Getting from bad to worse

I HAVE VISITED THE ROYAL SWAZI SUN IN THE YEAR 2009 AND I ALWAYS SPOKE TO PEOPLE ABOUT THE GOOD SERVICE.BUT THIS TIME I WENT IT WAS BAD.WE CHECKED IN ON THE 25/8/2013 AND WAS BOOKED AT LUGOGO SUN WHICH I WASNT HAPPY.THAT DAY WE WHERE PUT INTO 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS.EACH TIME THEY GAVE US A KEY WHEN WE WENT IN THE ROOM THERE WERE PEOPLE ALREADY THERE.THEN AS WELL NO TOWELS.AND WE HAVE TO REQUEST FOR THINGS IN THE BATHROOM.THE SERVICE IS BAD.THEN WHILE HAVING SUPPER I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD.CASH DESK MANAGER WAS RUDE AND INSULTING.HER NAME IS PHINDILE BHEMBE.I WANT THE TAPES TO BE PLAYED DATE:29/8/2013 AT AROUND 22:00.
SHE IS NOT MEANT TO BE WORKING WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS GUEST.
PLUS THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY THE HEATED POOL WASNT WORKING.WELL I MUST STAY THE STANDARDS AT ROYAL SWAZI HAS DROPPED.
