I keep loosing transmission while watching tv, I have been contacted by the call centre agent who told me I'll haveto pay a call out fee for an installer who won't might even solve the problem.
One agent said they'll check the signal strenght and advice me, i suspect it could be the decorder but with not service centre office in Durban i cannot get mine checked out. I'll rather pay an installer to install me a DSTV than pay someone to tell me whats wrong with this toptv thing.
