Logged a complaint on the Ster Kinekor website regarding the continous long queues at their catering section. This was aggravated by a problem with their ticket issuing machine, which resulted in them directing people purchasing tickets and food to the same queue. The queues at this cinema are always excessively long, often with all tills not operational. I received a response from the manager blaming staff absenteeism. This is an ongoing problem, so I requested that I be contacted telephonically so that I could discuss the matter. My e-mail has been ignored. I have since escalated the complaint via their website, quoting my previous reference number 24626. I was informed that I would be contacted by the regional manager within a day (this was on the 15th August)
