Top billing is running a competition to win a pent house and car in cape town as well as one where you can win an I-pad through property 24.
I have sent through numerous sms trying to enter the competition but to no avail, I don't even receive an acknowledgement sms for my effort. I feel that this competition is rigged and would like an explanation as to why this is happening.
Disgusted to say the least!
