I purchased tickets to attend a festival and unfortunately a close colleague passed away and the funeral will be the same time as the concert. I went to ask for a refund and i was told that i can be refunded if i had a copy of the death certificate. The family is in mourning and i'm told to go there and ask them for the document and tell them that i'm requesting a mere R450.00 back and the certificate is needed. What has this world became, you can keep it for all i care because i'm not as heartless as you are.
