This is the second time in 2 week that we have experienced not only bad attitudes from the employees, but 20 minutes into the movie (Heat) the screen turns black! We are already waiting 10 minutes and there is nothing happening!!! We pay a lot for movies, we expect quality for our money! This is absolutely pathetic!
