Error delivery with wrong order of piece

Good day,

my boyfriend and I ordered Lerina 14-piece duvet set - Queen
They only gave me 10 piece... So my boyfriend phone them and told them they must give me another 4 piece that missing so they argued and said you ordered 10 piece and we didn't ordered 10 piece, WE ORDERED 14 PIECE.
We have a proof of email to confirmed that we order 14 piece... We even forward the confirmed order list to Homechoice's email...

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK... WE WILL NOT PAY UNLESS we get 4 piece that missing or WE SEND THE STUFF BACK one of them!!!
