I was assisted and helped by Khadijah and Spokazi - What two amazing wonderful staff members. Kept me calm and sorted my problem out which was dragging back and forth now for a while and couldn't be resolved. We were paying for a service but the device was not working and I wasn't advice incorrectly by the contact center which would've caused us almost to pay for repairs or replacement. Took them less than 30 min to resolve and have me smiling and a happy customer. They definitely went the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I hope Multichoice has a reward program or something in place for their staff that excel at their duties to assist.
