I bought a explorer in November of 2013. The first problem was a conflict on the second channel extra-view the remotes frequencies are the same and interfere with each other, mulitchoice is aware af the problem but no software has been written to rectify this. With the previous HD PVR I could record two programs simultaneously not so with the explorer. I am also having problems with the recording of series that I would like to record it appears in the scheduler by does not record. I am planning to go back to the old HD PVR soon.
