We have an HD decoder which is supposed to allow you to record. When the TV guide is constantly not available it is not possible to schedule recordings. I have been asking Multichoice constantly what is happening and all I get is instructions on how to use my decoder and remote.!!! I am not a... I know how to do the recordings and use the equipment but how do you do it if you don't have the TV Guide available which is supplied by Multichoice??? And PLEASE!! don't tell me it my decoder because it is happening to other people too so it CANT be my decoder. What are we paying so much money for? we don't get the service!!!
