Last night we went to book our movie ticket only to realise that we had forgotten our edgars movie club card at home. I did call home and get the card number when we asked the attendant for assistance she was extremely rude and said you can pay by card here or go up to the movies and pay by cash and if you don't have your card you must pay full price and didn't even suggest we book telephonically. We go home and collect our card and book online for the 10:30 show. When buying popcorn there is no large box's or cups therefor i had to pay for a medium popcorn and additional small popcorn and coke. When arriving into the movie we booked seat no..bb9-10 thank we whereeearly the place was very dirty with popcorn and biltong there also was a dead cockroch on one of the seats. The popcorn ended up being such a waste of money due to it been so stale every bite was like are middles. Lucky it was a late show and we could change our seats. This is not the first time the popcorn.was stale. This buy far was the worst experiance i have ever had. And normally people get into the moviewhen the lights are, of therefore we dont realise you people make us sit in firlth.
