Since late June Box Office responds to my attempts to book movies with: "You have sent an invalid request code... etc".
A succession of call centre operatives have promised on their mothers' lives that this 'problem' would be 'looked into' and/or 'solved'.
Nothing has changed except that I have spent a bundle on trunk calls to Johannesburg since June (these greedy porkers don't offer a toll free service) trying to get some action.
Amazing how disinterested a company can get if you try to spend money with them!
