Mulitichoice need to get more professional workers

I called 011 289-2222 and spoke to Tinyko Ngobeni I need her to activate my subscription and debit my account month end, she said she can't do that and Multichoice no longer do that .wow well done multichoice is this how customer is being treated and I told her I will be put this on hello peter and I will get her manager, she told me I'm threatening her wow... I've asked for a manager and guess what she told me she don't have a manager. wow done multichoice I kept on asking for a manager and she kept telling me she don't have one, she even said she don't report to a manger she report to a supervisor... lol... you guys are a joking seriously... lol... I don't believe the service I received from that consultant... wow is South Africa coming to...
