In July our dish was installed by a tech team referred to us by Game, I hadbought the dish decoder installation package from them.
Against the advice of a resident in our building, our reservations and the position of every other dish in the complex, they installed it in the incorrect position. We've been trying for over a month now to get them back to rectify the issue to no avail. Countless phone calls on our part and promises of days and times from them resulting only in no-shows meanwhile we've paid for the installation and are in Body Corporate's cross-hairs while we are still new in the building.
