Suspended contract but still being billed

My husband and I have moved house and while we renovate I went into the Multichoice office in Kirstenhof and suspended my account. I did this in June. Despite this I have now seen that you are still debiting my account and this has been done on 08/07/2013 and 08/08/2013. This is not acceptable and expect to be fully reimbursed immediately! This is over R500 and we don't have this money to waste!
