Earlier due dates for yearly payments

A contract was signed with Multichoice DSTV on 19th of July 2008 for yearly payments. In 2012 they suspend my DSTV service in April, as if my yearly payment was due in April. Several telephone requests later and my account due date was moved on - not to the yearly date, but to my surprise, only to the next month. They ignored all my emails in trying to rectify the problem. More than one month the supplier's service to me was suspended and then the due date was moved on to the next month again. Until July 2012 when everything was supposedly set to the correct date. And then suddenly on the 19 th of February 2013 my yearly payment, which is payed up to July 2013, was due again! My account was suspended again today! This is really not a good experience!
